Podcasters.md
Moldova's podcast ecosystem and production service connecting creators, guests, and businesses through recording packages, directories, and distribution support.
Founder-owned venture, built and operated through ExtremeSetup.
The Opportunity & Challenge
Moldova has businesses that want to be heard, creators with something to say, and no obvious connective layer between them. Podcasting sits at the intersection of all three: it is a production problem, a discovery problem, and a trust problem at the same time.
The challenge was to serve three different roles — podcasters, guests, and businesses — through one product, without collapsing them into a single generic signup, and to do it across the three languages the market actually uses.
A media service also has to state its commercial terms publicly to be credible. That meant the product had to carry real prices and a structured intake rather than a contact form and a promise to follow up.
What Was Built with ExtremeSetup
Podcasters.md was taken from thesis to live multilingual product through the ExtremeSetup workflow, with architecture and independent review preceding implementation at each stage.
The product model separates the production service from the ecosystem directory. Packages are a priced offer with a defined intake, while the podcast, podcaster, and guest directories make the surrounding ecosystem discoverable.
Because the intake handles personal inquiries across several roles, privacy boundaries and manual moderation were designed into the architecture rather than described in policy text. Private inquiries are stored privately and are not published automatically.

Current Live State & Commercial Surface

Podcasters.md is live as a podcast production service and ecosystem, in the validating stage. Its pricing is public: production packages at €300, €500, and €1,000.
The commercial surface is the most direct of the three ventures. A visitor can read the exact price of a package and enter a structured inquiry without leaving the site. Inquiries are reviewed manually rather than published automatically.
The most recent verified work has covered privacy controller disclosure under Moldovan Law 195/2024 and the GDPR, a custom-reel offer aimed at businesses, and a refresh of the venture's visual branding.

What This Proves & What It Does Not Prove
Podcasters.md carries the most explicit commercial surface of the three ventures, which makes it the clearest test of whether the operating system can produce something a customer can actually buy.
What this proves
ExtremeSetup can turn a media-service and ecosystem thesis into a multilingual, multi-tier live product with public pricing, structured intake, administration, and privacy boundaries.
What this does not prove
A live product and a public commercial offer do not establish product-market fit, ecosystem scale, customer volume, or a sustainable business.
