Venture case study

Together.md

A human-first collaboration ecosystem where AI-native creators, founders, builders, leaders, organizers, and partners meet with intention to build trust and move initiatives offline.

Founder-owned venture, built and operated through ExtremeSetup.

The Opportunity & Challenge

Creators, founders, builders, leaders, and organizers working with AI have more ways to produce than ever, and fewer reliable ways to meet the specific person who moves an initiative forward. Online networks optimize for reach and visibility, while the coordination that actually changes anything happens offline, in small rooms, between people who already trust each other.

The challenge was not to build another feed. It was to design an ecosystem where intent is stated before an introduction is made, where consent governs how people are connected, and where the default outcome of an interaction is a concrete offline next step rather than a follower count.

That framing spans several workstreams at once — software, community, events, physical-space concepts, and privacy governance. This is exactly the shape of venture where scope drifts, decisions are re-litigated, and project memory is lost between sessions.

What Was Built with ExtremeSetup

Together.md was scoped, architected, implemented, independently reviewed, and deployed through the ExtremeSetup workflow, with founder approval gates between stages.

The build treats coordination itself as the product surface: pathways that ask what someone is actually looking for before showing them anyone, and structures that carry an interaction from a web page into a room.

Because the venture spans concept-stage physical pathways as well as live software, the architecture keeps the two explicitly separated. What is operating today and what is documented as a concept are different states in the content model, not different marketing tones.

Verified surfaces

Share a Lunch
An offline coordination pathway built around a single meaningful table rather than open-ended networking.
Start Here pathways
Intent-first entry routes that establish what a participant is looking for before any introduction is made.
Events and founder experiences
Structured gatherings and founder experiences published as coordinated surfaces.
Community, people, partners, and projects
Directories that make the ecosystem legible without turning it into a public social feed.
Glamping and Floating Dome
Concept-stage physical-business pathways, presented as concepts rather than as operating venues.
Privacy and human-governed coordination
Coordination processes and privacy boundaries treated as part of the product rather than as appended policy text.

Current Live State & Commercial Surface

Together.md is live as a coordination ecosystem in the validating stage. The public surface presents the ecosystem's constitution, the Share a Lunch pathway, Start Here routes, and the community, partner, and project directories.

The commercial surface is deliberately not a checkout. The venture's live capability today is coordination itself — moving a stated intent into an offline meeting — with concept-stage physical pathways documented separately as future business opportunities rather than as bookable products.

The most recent verified work has concentrated on the Floating Dome coordination workstream and on privacy governance under Moldovan Law 195/2024 and the GDPR.

What This Proves & What It Does Not Prove

Together.md is the widest of the three ventures in surface area, which makes it the clearest test of whether the operating system holds together when a venture is not a single product.

What this proves

ExtremeSetup can sustain a multi-workstream venture spanning software, community, events, coordination, privacy, and concept-stage physical opportunities while preserving project memory and human approval.

What this does not prove

Together.md does not prove that the human-coordination problem has been solved, that network effects are established, or that concept-stage physical businesses are operating or certified.
