The Opportunity & Challenge
AI-assisted development changed what a small team can build, and left a gap behind it. The people who would benefit most from these workflows have no structured way to learn them, and no local community practising them together.
The challenge was to serve three audiences from one venture — clients who want work delivered, builders who want a community, and learners who want to be taught — without letting the educational funnel write cheques the pilot cannot yet cash.
Teaching a methodology also means committing to it publicly, which raises the bar considerably: the seven-step process the venture teaches has to be the same one it uses.
What Was Built with ExtremeSetup
Vibecoders.md was built through the ExtremeSetup workflow as a combined services, community, and education venture, with the curriculum defined before the pilot was deployed.
The venture packages AI-assisted development into distinct surfaces: hourly sessions, complete project delivery, and a founding-cohort course reached through an application path rather than open enrolment.
VibeCody, a companion assistant, was built as a supporting project rather than as a separate venture. Its interface and canary tests are aligned with the methodology the course teaches.

Current Live State & Commercial Surface
Vibecoders.md is live with its services and community operating and the founding Vibecourse pilot at Level 1. Its pricing is public: sessions at €50 per hour and complete projects from €1,000.
The commercial surface today is the services layer. The educational layer is explicitly a pilot: Level 1 is reached by application, and Levels 2 and 3 are not complete.
The most recent verified work has covered privacy and governance under Moldovan Law 195/2024, a curriculum-first pilot deployment, alignment between the live pilot and its supporting evidence, and VibeCody interface and canary-test alignment.

What This Proves & What It Does Not Prove
Vibecoders.md packages the operating system's own way of working into something teachable, which makes it the clearest test of whether the method survives contact with people other than its authors.

What this does not prove
Vibecoders.md does not yet prove an operating competitive league, automated matching or leaderboards, completed Levels 2–3, learner outcomes, high-volume graduation, or commercial validation.
