Starting point
Podcasters.md began as a one-sentence idea: a markdown content assistant for podcasters. No code, no spec — just a concept worth testing.
A real proof-of-work: a one-sentence idea taken to a live, validated MVP in about two weeks — handled end to end by the ExtremeSetup factory.

Podcasters.md began as a one-sentence idea: a markdown content assistant for podcasters. No code, no spec — just a concept worth testing.
02
Podcasters waste hours manually transcribing audio and drafting shownotes, newsletters, and social posts. The audience was clear: independent podcasters, networks, and agency operators.
03
We scoped the smallest thing that could prove demand: an upload and link-intake interface, a transcript extraction container, and a markdown editor for shownotes, tweets, and newsletter copy. Subscriptions, accounts, and audio hosting were deliberately deferred.
04
Claude Code built the components under Antigravity's issue tracking. OpenAI Codex audited the codebase at each version checkpoint. Vadim approved the builds. Each agent stayed inside a clear role.
05
The stack was Next.js App Router, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript with an OpenAI API integration. The structure stayed clean and page-based — pages like the editor and history view — without premature database complexity.
06
Codex reviewed performance bottlenecks, type-safety issues, and import hygiene before any branch was merged. Quality was enforced at the gate, not after launch.
07
Podcasters.md went live on Vercel in under 14 days from the initial venture brief to a public deployment.
08
Live testing surfaced real friction: creators wanted faster processing and clearer clipboard-copy buttons. Claude updated the copy buttons and loading indicators, and Codex validated the changes in under 24 hours.
09
We shared the MVP with a group of ten creators, collected direct feedback, verified transcript quality, and generated genuine interest in the venture operating model.

A production-ready MVP can be designed and shipped in about two weeks. Multi-agent review eliminates whole classes of syntax, type, and linting issues. And founders can collect real customer feedback before investing in databases and custom authentication.
The same factory that built Podcasters.md can take your idea from a one-sentence concept to a live, validated MVP.
